We only collect information that Giorgos Pagounis needs to fulfill his job as your wedding videographer. When you first get in touch through our enquiry form, we will ask you for your name, email address and phone number as well as the wedding date and venue. We collect your name and contact details to be able to contact you about your enquiry and to discuss relevant wedding and videography related information with you. We ask you for the wedding date and venue to be able to determine whether or not Giorgos Pagounis will be free on the specified date and if he is already familiar with the venue.

If we agree to work together, we will also ask you to provide your home address during the signing of the contract. We need your home address for correspondence purposes and to be able to send you any products you might buy from us.

Once given permission by Giorgos Pagounis, the video from your wedding day may also be used by other wedding vendors such as, for example, your make-up artists, florists, hair dressers or wedding venue to promote their services.

 

How long do we keep your information

We will keep your personal information (name, home address, mobile, email address and any communication) for 20 years. We will keep the final videos from your wedding day until the end of Giorgos Pagounis’s working career. All other videos will be deleted after 20 years together with your personal information.
